Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, please email us at glowlettes@gmail.com with your order number.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you at any time.
Once a package has been shipped out, we’re no longer able to cancel it.

If your order is cancelled, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
